WE:Shape creates spaces for dialogue, artistic exploration, learning and collective empowerment.

We collaborate with cultural institutions, educational organisations, festivals, communities and other initiatives to develop formats that respond to the questions, people and contexts they emerge from.

Sometimes this means developing an educational programme or workshop. Sometimes it is a public conversation, a curated gathering, an artistic project or a participatory process. The format is not fixed — it grows from the needs and possibilities of each collaboration.

Workshops and educational formats that use artistic practices, dialogue and collective exploration to engage with themes such as identity, belonging, diversity, conflict transformation, emotional competence, empowerment and community building.

From the initial concept to content development, research, dramaturgy and guest curation, to hosting and moderation. We create conversations that make space for different perspectives while remaining engaging, thoughtful and accessible.

Curatorial Collaborations:

Developing programmes, encounters and artistic contexts around specific themes or questions — connecting artists, practitioners, communities and audiences in meaningful ways.

Artistic & Participatory Projects

Co-developing artistic projects that explore social and human questions through music, performance, storytelling and participatory practices. These projects can take place in schools, cultural institutions, festivals, public spaces or within communities.

Creating spaces where people can meet, exchange, reflect and experience themselves as active participants. These formats can combine artistic practice, education and collective processes to strengthen connection, agency and a sense of belonging.
